Introduction
I've learned a lot from mobafire and here's a little something from me to you!
So since I'm new, i'll try my best to avoid errors.
This is a straight forward guide and i'm also looking for some critics and such.
PROS:
CONS:
-
-Very Fun !
-Still deals BIG damage like any tryndamere would
-Can stick to opponents really well
-You can take ANYONE 1v1 even Jax
-Spam your spin ALL day
CONS:
-
-Armor stacking is still a problem
-Buying other items MIGHT not be a good idea
-Once again countered by CC (Thats what cleanse is for since getting QSS would break the build)
-Like all tryndameres Pre-6 is difficult
RUNES
1 Crit Mark + 9 Crit Seals + 3 Crit Quints = ~10% crit chance
With 100 fury you get 35% Crit chance and 55% from PD and IE equaling to 100% CRIT CHANCE
8 Armor Pen Marks for obvious reasons
9 Scaling AP for a slight advantage
(because that 1.5 hp from your heal might save you and personally i made it true several team fight WITHOUT [it was on CD] my ult with ~50-100 Hp)
MASTERIES
I go 21/6/3
Taking most of AD masteries as well as some CD and scaling AP
I get HP and some regen for some early game sustain
*a little hp goes a long way
I get 3 in utility for the 2% movespeed for chasing and running away. MS is always good right? RIGHT?
CORE:
Ionian Boots of Lucidity - For the cooldown (obviously), which is amazing for spamming your Q and E. Also this CD help with keeping yung ULT up which is always nice
Zeal - MS, CRIT Chance, AS. 3 things that is Very important to ALL tryndameres. MS for Chasing and Running, Crit for CD and DPS, AS for DPS and Procing crits.
Cloak of Agility - Cd for your E allowing you to spam and for DPS
Yes, it's almost always about spamming E and Procing Crits.
Reason why Sheen isn't a core will be dealt with later.
Starting
Boots + Health Potion For survivality and so that you can simply walk away from some ganks. you can consider getting another potion if you want to for more survivality.
Early Game
You should rush Zeal then get a Cloak of Agility before upgrading your Boots to Ionian Boots of Lucidity last if you can, finishing your core.
Explanation at the CORE section of this chapter
By the time you finish there you'll be dealing 250
Mid Game
By now you should have a couple of kills and would have farmed up enough to turn the Zeal and Cloak of Agility into a Phantom Dancer and try to get Infinity Edge as quickly as possible.
Like AD Tryndamere this is what i get and i'm sure many of us do. It gives us the ability to kill our enemy before they kill us. each crit would deal ~400+ damage.
Late game
You should get Guinsoo's Rageblade as soon as possible, then Lich Bane, and saving Rabadon's Deathcap for last.
Guinsoo's Rageblade gives all around survivability and dps, essential for any Ad/Ap hybrids. This can be replaced by Hextech Gunblade.
Lich Bane and Rabadon's Deathcap for obvious reasons, the AP given is just enough for your damage to hurt and for your heal to actually matter. and let's not forget that passive.
For the first three levels you get one of each, depending on the situation. Maxing Spinning Slash first is VITAL to your game since it will be your main farming and harassing ability. Putting points on Mocking Shout early may give an advantage but I rarely encounter a time that I actually needed to. Early Bloodlust isn't really worth the few hp bonus, put points in this for the damage. Take Undying Rage whenever possible, the bonus rage is devastating when used correctly.
Example combo @ lvl 18 and Itemlock.
Spinning Slash + Mocking Shout + Auto Attack x3 + Spinning Slash Repeat Auto and Spinning Slash. Use Bloodlust at 100 fury or when necessary. Almost always use Undying Rage AFTER you've cast Bloodlust this keeps your fury up at all times.

Flash Is irreplaceable. That much utility in a single spell.
Cleanse You won't be getting Quicksilver Sash so best to get this.
You can replace this with Ghost, Exhaust, Ignite, Heal, whichever you prefer. I just like this on Tryndamere since it can save your life multiple times, may it be ignites or crowd controls.

Just play like a regular AD Tryndamere early game. I doubt that the game will reach the point that you've finished building your Lich Bane
Regular AD is most of the time passive farming until you reach level 6. You will, most of the time, dominate the lane after level 6... Just don't dive alone or unless you've got a good plan.
Mid Game - Late game is where you start to shine as an Ad/Ap hybrid. When you get that Guinsoo's Rageblade it'll be hard to kill you 1v1, or 1v2. unless the two has a lot of stuns and slows, but all Tryndameres are countered by those.
Mid-Late, you do the combo stated on the skill sequence section. that's pretty much your bread and butter. the heal will be enough to keep you up, along with the lifesteal AND spellvamp of Guinsoo's Rageblade, you'll live for quite some time. when things go wrong you always have Undying Rage to count on.
