In this guide I am going to show you a build which I have found to be very effective with Lucian. It is a build which mainly aims at maximising the damage of Lucians ultimate, the culling without sacrificing the efficiency of the items or reducing his capability to 1v1.

At all parts of the game the culling has massive damage if utilized properly. By late game you can be doing over 4000 damage in 3 seconds with just one click of a button, this works amazingly in a team fight as you can do tons of damage from far away with no risk.

With my build you will have:

- A 40% cooldown reduction meaning that the culling only has a cooldown of 30 seconds.
- A very high movement speed due to the 10% movement speed multiplier from each zephyr, this adds on to the mobility that you will get from the BORK.
- Tenacity from the zephyr making you even more slippery from high cc teams.
- 37% lifesteal and 285 attack damage (including a stacked BF) This will mean that you will also be a strong 1v1 champ.
- An incredible amount of attack speed which will work with the BORK passive extremely well, this is turn will make Lucian strong vs. both tanks and carries.

And of course with all of these stats the culling will end up doing over 4000 damage over 3 seconds at a huge range with an extremely low cooldown.
