Why phase rush?
Phase rush helps you chasing your enemy down utill he's dead. U could also go dark harvest but i think phase rush would be the best choice.
Why duskblade of draktharr?
Duskblade of draktharr is really good item for Nasus cause it gives ability haste what nasus needs the most as well AD and lethality. Duskblades of draktharrs passive also grants him invisibilty when he gets an assist or a kill what can be incredibly strong in teamfights. Also Duskblades of draktharrs gives enemy's a 99% slow for a short amount of time but it's still something.
