I start at wolves with a Vampiric scepter and taking out wraiths and golems before recalling (and maybe throw a gank on a needing lane before golems). Wriggle's should be upgraded into a Blood Thirster When u got full build or if you need some lifesteal.

If your team dont have enough tanky champs you could get a Force of Nature instead of a Infinity Edge.
