Summoner Spells

I chose exhaust for obvious reasons, it almost guarantees a kill if you can get him below 30% health. Heal is also a good choice for countering in ranked.

I chose armour pen becuase last whisper is not in my build and armour pen is vital.

His items make him extremely tanky while at the same time putting out alot of damage.
