Hello everyone i'm pike2580, and this is my guide for Darius.

This is my very first guide, i have been playing League of Legends for about 5 months now and have learned allot from watching pro players play and trying out allot of diffrent stuff myself, since recently Darius came out and i found him to be very overpowered, after trying him myself i can confirm this altough there are some tricks to his item build wich can make or break him.

Darius, a champion that since the indrodution has been feared and not without reason...., this guide will show you how to play and build him as scary as possible and how to dunk scrubs and attract women obvisously.

For Darius we need damage and lots of it, he is not the most tankiest champion in the game so i recommend these runes for an optimal dunking experience and enough survivabilty to stay alive in the early levels.

MR per level can be used aswell if you prever to use these.

I recommend 21-9-0 for darius most of the time, the extra armor pen scales really well with your E wich cancels out most armor from your enemies rune pages to deal the maximum amount of damage from level 1, 9-21-0 is also a possiblity if you want to be more tanky or if you are not familiar with playing top lane.

This Skill Sequence is based on getting as much damage as possible, feel free to experiment with this.

This a most importent part of the guide, darius banefits extremely well from certain items and not so well from others, this line up of items is im my opnion the best after playing him for many games in the jungle, top lane and a little bit of dominion.

Top lane:

VS an AP:

Hexdrinker can be your first item if you are feeling lucky, and you feel like you need the health from the phage, normally i build a phage first and a hexdrinker after.

VS an AD:

Phange is your first item, it allow you to slow your oponnent with the passive and the health and attack damage makes you more tanky and does allot of extra damage for a first item.

Frozen mallet is great item for Darius, he needs to be tanky because his base damage is high, you dont need too much damage from your items, the slow passive is great for chasing your opppenent.

Hexdrinker an early/midgame item when laning vs an ap caster or when the enemie team is heavy AP oriented, the passive shield is exremely usefull when getting attacked at low healh.

Warmogs to be unkillable and stay alive for as long as possible to dunk a much people with your ultimate.

Atmas Impaler is a good choise after having so much health to turn that health into more attack damage, 1.5% from your health will be turned into attack damage plus the armor can be really nice when the enemie AD carry is getting fed.

Bloodthister, just for more and more and more damage, most of the time you will not get to this item but if the time is there then get this or a Guardian Angel.

After trying out multiple spells i came to the conclussion that Flash is necessery on Darius becasue he has no escapes on his abilities, plus it is the best spell in the game to initiate and to get away.

Heal, But wait Why not ignite? darius his passive acts like an ignite so use it well and you will have an ignite up all the time, i like to pick heal to be able to turn around the moment an enemie commits and dives you on your tower, pop heal the moment you are about to die and turn a 100% lost situation into win.
