Deadman's plate is a good source of speed and a slow but the slow doesn't last long enough to keep them from kiting away but instead if you hook them in and your w is down from earlier activate your Randuin's for a long longer slow and if you get the Zz'rot Portal as your last item you move just as fast while in lane

Death's Dance provides much more damage than Titanic hydra or Sterak's Gauge could plus since your Q caps out at a certain healing percentage Death's Dance you could provide a bit more of that, not to mention it also gives you a bit of tankiness with it's passive of taking a certain amount of damage over time instead of immediately
