Hey there. Your guide is quite well done, and contains good description of the basic outline of Annie's setup. However, you include no alternatives, such as alternative runes,masteries, items, leveling sequence, and such.
Also, I recommend turning on comment to vote. You get extra feedback and it deters troll voters.(Generally).
