Why this build?
Cait is fked up. This is one of the only ways to make her work. I've seen this from Saber, a really good caitlyn player, and after i tried it out it's just ridiculous how now one is abusing this.
In this build you can be so tanky and deal so much damage too even without crit attacks. It's crazy! You should try it definitely.
