However, with that being said, all justification for the abilities and such can be found at that link. Essentially, this is a build centered around being a ridiculous burst assassin. From my testing, the trick is to stay in the lane as long as you can, so as to buy the expensive items required. To farm the gold nessisary, DEWO recommends using Blade Surge to smack the **** out of minions, and since when you last hit them, the CD resets, you can do this often, and can basically just destroy minion waves.
