Cover red side: You wanna stand between just out of the tri-bush, so enemy can invade from top side
Cover blue side: You wanna stand mid river, so you have good time to react when enemy approach.

Matchup is important, if you are laning against a tank, you should slow push and stay healthy, laning against a ranged, you need to let them push to you, and stay healthy and wait for lvl 4 for possible all in, or bank. Laning against bruiser, you have 2 options, let them push to you and wait for gank, other option is to push fast get up your furry, so you win the 1v1, get vision down when your waves crash in order to not get tanked yourself.

First recall, unless you have secured yourself an early kill, you will want to recall when you have either 1100 or 1300 gold, you want to slow push waves and then crash them into enemy tower, and then recall, if you are playing against a tank, it’s easier to slow push waves, and recall with 1300 gold.

Now you have your first item, and you should be the first one to be back in lane, as you were the one to recall first. Your goal for the rest of laning should be to get lane objectives, if you are even then I could be vision, if you are slightly ahead, it could be tower platings, If you are very ahead fast push take rift and take top tower. Right after you have gotten your lane objektive, you need to recall and buy items

Laning is not over and you should keep going top, at best you have taken enemy tower and if so, you wanna keep your lead by taking jungle camps, getting vision, and fast pushing waves.

- Split pushing, tryndamere is not very good in 5v5 so you almost never wanna group up, you wanna be pushing, taking jungle camps and getting vision on the lane opposite side of the next Baron or Dragon that’s about to come up.

- Flanking, if you are not able to dive the enemy top lane while split pushing, you wanna flank enemy teams, when objective like baron or dragon is about to come up, by pushing wave opposite side of map then walking over mid and taking a 5v4 fight, before enemy toplaner is able to come. Then you take fight do objective and it’s important you always recall after taking objective.

- Here is an example of how you can use your lead to win game, even tho your team might not be ahead: You push bot wave, baron spawn in 30 seconds, you move over mid, and engage on enemy team who is in river in a 5v4.

Golden Rules: (Here is some golden rules I use, that will make you stand out from normal tryndamere players)

1. Don’t die (You are like a carry, you don’t have many ability cool downs, so you can always be killing jungle camps, pushing waves, getting vision.)

2. Recall after objectives (You should always time your recalls after objectives, as that’s the best time to recall as you are vunrable and have a lot of gold, this can be baron, or simply just a turret plating or crashing a big wave.)

3. Default to split push lane (In the late game you might not know what to do if you are behind or ahead, but a good rule is always move to the lane furthest away from the next dragon, rift or baron, and trying to flank if your team is able to contest it.)
