Hello i am a diamond 5 top laner. I have been making guides for quite some time now and i am begging to create the meta. This build will be mainly focused on a champ that isn't widely known. He is vicktor. I have over 4000 games as vicktor and i think i would like to share my build with the world.

As i have said vicktor is my best champ. Since the day he came out i have played him he has carried me out of bronze 5. In order to preform well with vicktor you need to either go top or mid. Vicktor excels in the laning phase with a stun a shield and three arms. I would say vicktor is one of the if not the best top laners in this meta. He has kiting potential and a great auto attack animation. If necessary you can go vicktor attack damage carry.
