I am not highly ranked and im no pro so why should u listen to my guide, well we all have to start somewhere and i almsot guarantee if ure reading this that i could beat u in mid with diana.. so the combo can change depending on if u have blue buff or not.

so with blue buff u

q w r e q r r f if they are still a live after all that damage then u either attacked a tank (dont do it) or u dont have very much ap right now. that combo may sound complex but as u do it it gets easier.
with blue buff your q has a very short cooldown so you can try to get it off a second time before finishing but without blue buff this is the combo:
