Reason

For M3ATL0V3R. 2nd Build = What my dream speed Zilean would be based on my current knowledge and not testing it at all.

Purpose

To show what my Zilean would like like at lvl 30 with a full rune page (based on what i already have just increased to lvl 30 available slots) and mastery tree.

Real Marks = flat armor
Real Seals = flat armor
Real Glyphs = flat magic resist
Real Quints = speed

I use this build for

Playing Zilean as a 100% capturer. No pvp, no helping, no giving a flying **** about how pissed ur teamates are at you because they think you aren't helping, but you are #1 point-wise on the team. If they actually knew how to play Dominion they'd shut up and let me do my thing which involves distraction, deception, and domination. Funny how that works. The triple D's to Dominion success.
