Veigar Q cd is reduced to Urf Mode. This guide abuses that early. Not for blatantly Q stacking but lane bullying hard.

Your late game total ap will be lower. Yet your opponent will have less farm and gold. I guarantee you will win any matchup early. It will be very fun to play.

1- Zone opponent denying them farm and spam Q.
2- If the opponent goes all in to kill cast smite to reduce %20 damage and force them retreat.
rinse and repeat. enjoy your duelist veigar.

Not to do: Never use Q to stack ap. Your veigar wants to maim and kill early.

Everyone has low ap early. Your luden's 150 damage flat will hit like a brick. Spam your rocks to deal %35'ish damage. Feel free to get neer them when you have smite. Smite only when they go all in. You will pester them out of lane in no time and gang bot and top successfully.

Also in early drake fights your burst will destroy even the tankiest champions.

As you see except a meaningless number in a game which you have won anyway this build rocks
