The Xin build on my page is really the build I use for Jarvan IV. Since they don't have him on Moba yet I just used Xin's picture. Runes, Masteries, Skill Order all correspond with Jarvan.

These are really just the builds I use for the champs I play the most. You'll probably see somethings that are the same in other people's builds. This is just the way I play them and it works out for me. Plus I don't have full sets of a lot of the runs so I mix and match to make it work. I normally play Swain and Heimer in mid.. and I prefer to lane bot with Trynd.

People are probably going to down vote my builds, but it doesn't really matter to me. I just wanted to share them to show that you don't have to have every single rune a certain way to dominate in games. I play for fun.

My Jarvan build is a Hybrid AS DPS/Tank. I start out with Demacian Standard for the added armor and attack speed passive. Taking that first with help you get fb more often then not. The activated ability is nice too if you're laning with another DPS champ because they get the added bonuses as well. I max that skill out first. Next I pick up his W skill. (Golden Aegis) This one is a lot of fun because if you time it right you can trick quite a few people into thinking your an easy kill and your lane partner and you can clean them up easily. I max out Q (Dragon Strike) last, but I grab a point in it at level 3 for the added knock up ability. Dragon Strike is really nice for the armor debuff and it has some nice range on it so you can use it on a champ trying to flee to get the kill.

Jarvan's Ultimate Cataclysm is a lot of fun. It basically a mini version of Pantheon's Ultimate only it creates a ring a terrain to trap your target. Unfortunately it's pretty ineffective against champs that have a built in Flash ability or have the Summoner Flash. (Kass, Ez, Shaco, Akali, Katarina, Trynd, etc) Your Ult is really fun against Master Yi because it robs him of the speed boost from his Ult. He is trapped and has no where to run while you and your team focus him to death.

If you're facing a team that has more Magic Damage then DPS you'll probably want to switch out the Sunfire and Thornmail for Banshee's Veil and Force of Nature.
