Introduction

The First thing you need to know about dominion is that there's more need for taking points and beeing dynamic than only getting kills and gold.
And Eve is perfectly dynamic champion that lets you to take out every point on the map.

Runes

I used to take those runes cause at Dominion game is really fast you get alot of experience, so there's need for per level runes.
For me that counts really much, but please base more on the items than the runes.

Masteries

I used to have 21/0/9 Masteries here so i can have really offence game style and get as much kills at start as i can and dominate the enemy's points.
15% Magic penetration from masteries really does a difference.

Items

Items, the most important thing in Dominion is to have good item build.
As You already know dominion is really dynamic game, so i used to build Items that you see above.
nothing more nothing less. Always work...

Skill Sequence

Depends on the situation you need to use good sequence. in most cases you should use Stealth first, use E skill and then hit your opponent with Q all the time.
But if you are 100 % sure that opponent will die or that you need to defence your point you should use Ghost > R > w > Exhaust > E > Q
that should kill your opponent for sure without any help from your team-mates.
