Evelynn - how to get the most damage and sustain out of her

Gave it a thumb up for being a lot different from the most popular builds, Variation is always good. Gonna test it too, but my judgment is not one of greater influence since i have only been playing for a month and only have been playing against bots up to this day. Add more picture in the guide and as well increase the empty spaces to make it less compact and stiff. Otherwise i like it a lot, but i have a question. Since Evelynn is a ganker and moves from lanes to lanes to jungle to lanes and so on, isn't more movement speed better? most guide propose boots of mobility for the quick movements between lanes which is the core of her ganking ability. just a noob asking.
You can go with boots of mobility also, but i prefer sorceres shoes since you get a great boost in your damage. If it's necessary for you to chase them, your ulti will in most cases be good enough.
