Good guide, but needs a big overhaul including coding, coding, coding, coding, and more coding, (did I mention coding yet?) as HeadinPants said earlier, you need a lot of coding.

I'm not going to downvote, but you should still go over and review your guide because even in the top-rated guides, there are still mistakes.

And remember to add pictures and videos, they will make your guide a lot more memorable! Jhoijhoi's guide, Making a Guide will help a lot with this, be sure to read through it and you will gain a lot more knowledge about coding!

Coding, coding, and more coding. That's what you are missing mostly. Check out jhoijhoi's How to Make a Guide for more on that (I suggest you bookmark it. There are some codes you might not use often and will find yourself forgetting).

Try to talk about different parts of each part of the game. For example, if you were talking about the laning phase you could talk about last-hitting, harassing, and so on.

Needs to have notes on the build.

Needs to have multiple builds for the multiple play styles of Ezreal (AD, AP, Hybrid).

Generally, on Ezreal you should be rushing Sheen.

Needs a division of items into starting, core, durability, and offense.

It's better to publish AFTER you finish the guide, because then you can get feedback on the finished work (which i why I'm not voting yet- I'll look back later if you Private message me).

Because I didn't vote, I don't know if you have C2V (comment to vote) on- you should, it reduces troll votes and you said that they bug you (We all get that (: )

Runes and masteries should list alternative runes and masteries- each player has a slightly different play style, so being able to customize a bit is good.

Check your spelling and grammar a few hundred times before publishing- I still find errors in 4 month old guides.

Adding a few videos is nice too- it will provide visual evidence of good building and gameplay.

It's always a really good idea to talk about how to handle different champions in lane, inside And outside the meta (I usually divide them when making the chapters). Also, you should consider talking about who you want your lane partner to be.

I think that pretty much covers it.
