I LOVE THIS BUILD! Very well done, and it helped me out a lot with Ezreal. But, I wanted to know why you need Greater Seal of Clarity and Greater Glyph of Focus. I only ask this because Ezreal has a good cool down reduction with his Q spell. It reduces everything by 1sec and you can spam it a lot without having an issue. The mana per5 I don't understand. I've never had a problem with mana other than early game, and I wanted to know if there would be something better, or more helpful for me rune wise to use? i was thinking maby getting Grater Glyph of Furor and Greater Seal of Might

Seals of might and furor are still great to use on him. The MP5 is really a preference from me, because I find myself spamming a LOT early game, and running low on mana even with tear, and the scaling MP5 is > flat MP5 starting at level 4. Also- :( I actually didn't mean to put CDR glyphs in there, and thank you for catching that. That was left over from when I was running ez as an AP, and thus wanted it for better ult CD.

why all the attack speed? your main source of damage is your mystic shot and your passive gives you all the attack speed you need
The attack speed came as an added bonus with Triforce and Last Whisper. The Last Whisper is meant more for armor penetration if you have to fight tanks. With Black Cleaver and LW, you should be tearing through their armor with auto attacks at 5 stacks of your passive. With the added AS from triforce, you're almost at cap for AS when you do rack up the passive with mystic shot. After Triforce, all the items are up to how the game is going. I put my suggestions in the description. :)
