I would get ignite over ghost, you can ignite someone while draining them and it doesn't cancel - meaning a double drain and is a sure first blood or later kill.

Question: How come you didn't use any Seals?

No Dark Wind until 13? WTF?

Archangel's staff would be great, because the ring's passive does not stack, so its kind of pointless. Therefore, Archangel's will actually add more AP, and also add more mana. If you are confident in your ability to kill champions, soul stealer is also very good. Another item i rarely see used, is the Deathfire Grasp. With the amount of AP you will have, you can do 44% of their current hp as magic damage, so you channel your ulti and as soon as you're in their, you hit their tank with deathfire and its almost a sure death.

I like the concept of this build. I played with a Fiddles using these items and he literally went 32-0. He would be at 10 health just to turn around and Fear/Drain them, refilling him to nearly full health while leaving them running as they watch their health bar drop. Also his ult is absolutely the best there is for ganking, and when timed right his high AP demolishes the unsuspecting foes.

Only 2 suggestions:

1- I would DEFIANTLY RECOMMEND spending a point in the Flash Mastery. The 30 secs just cant be ignored.

2- If the other team has numerous casters, you may consider pumping a point into Dark Wind just for the silence. But that's just my opinion.
