I'm not a fan of artless guides, but as you stated you don't want to waste too much time on it, and that's entirely up to you.

This being said:

Masteries:
Why 0 in offense? Your clearing time will be really slow. You're also not a tank, Enchanted Armor & Resistance are quite useless. Bladed Armor is also not the best mastery. Veteran Scars will help a lot more. Do you really need 21 in utility for an early dragon?

Items:
Spirit of the Ancient Golem over Spirit of the Spectral Wraith? You're going to have a bad time ganking with your 0 damage.

Abyssal Mask is also very situational. I know it synergizes with A Harmless Scarecrow but you should never get both Abyssal Mask & Void Staff in one build. If you want some resistance, Rylai's Crystal Scepter is never a bad choice on fiddle.

Add an upgraded trinket (preferrably Oracle's Lens) & enchanted boots in your full build.
Also, a build path in your cheat sheet would be nice. starting items (+trinket) -> early items -> offensive items -> defensive items...
