Fiora The Grand Duelist
Foria is fun and easy to play if you play her right. so far I've seen people just stack attack speed and crit on her which is no need because of the insane speed you get from her E you end up
only doing like 200 every 0.5 sec and dying right away.Whit this build you do 300-350 every sec while gaining huge life steal.Another reason the attack speed build where you stack (dancers and ****) you don't do that much damage in ult because you need high damage you get a good life steal also crit's don't apply.In this build ill show you the basic build other builds/item yo may wanaa use summoner spells,lore,skills and how to use them,pros and cons,team work,farming and Scores With build for proof.:)

FARMING
I start by going on the lane which the red buff is close to me.I farm by last hitting minions till lvl 4 try kill over extended hero.Then B go to red buff take it (unless have jungle on team)if yo have a jungle on your team ask first.Go for their blue give it a AP carry if no one comes to get I take it for my self the cd is nice.Farm and kill/harass them.
TEAMFIGHTS
Jump in whit your Q while you take charges press W,This is where you need quick thinking Do I press R or press E?
For R:you getting attack on half hp use ult quick heals you up while doing damage.
For E: they not attacking you you need to do damage until focused.
You are losing team fight do you run?
Do I Run?
1v1 or 2v1 and you are fed you will be able to take. It still depends for example one of my game it was 4v5 whole team die but only getting one kill the were all halfish hp I ulted Sona killing her while damaging other end killing the others and winning the game. What i trying to say don't try get a kill and die,focus on killing AND not DYING.

Starting Items

Build 1 -Basic build
Start with dorans blade or boots and hp pots.

Great weapon for the start the 6% life steal (3% from skill tree) helps you stay in lane for long periods before needing to b.The 100 health is well need while fighting heavy ad lvl 1.
10 attack damage goes well with your W.Also Foria passive ability goes well with Dorans blade :).Boots of Speed
Only takes if you will be likely to face skill shot heros Grab some health pot so you can stay in longer.
First B
I'll grab Boots and Vampiric Scepter
Or
Madred's Razors and boots depending on the gold I have.

Great for the life steal also Foria has around 100 damage at lvl 4-6 because of W giving you 17 hp every time you hit and the regen from your passive keeping you alive while fighting hero/minions.
Boots of Speed
Boots you going to need to chase them.
Madreds razors
Gives you a bit of armour whil fighting ad hero and 15 attack which is also handie only get if versing two ad or if not have the gold to buy boot,vampiric scepter and this.

Second B

Grab Berserker's Greaves and work you way to finishing Mandred's Bloodrazer.
Berserker's Greaves
Handie for the movement speed and the attack speed but if you are versing heavy CC team grab some Mercury's Treads.
Mandred's Bloodrazer
Amazing item now it's buffed! giving you attack damage attack speed and armour is well needed.The Unique passive Which deals 4% magic damage of target's max life works wonders with red buff and to tanks who stack health and people who grab frozen mallet.

Third B
Get Bloodthrister and begin building your Frozen mallet.
Bloodthrister
This item is great and the better you doing the better it gets becasie ofit's mini passive you can end up with 27% life steal yuo can take on so much punishment then ult and heal to full to clean the rest of them up.
Frozen mallet
The Frozen mallet is extremely effective on Foria because her E speeds her up every time she hits while the frozen mallet slows then the ultimate chasing tool.The 700 health is good also.

Forth B

Duelist - Fiora regenerates health over 6 seconds each time she deals damage. Striking champions will cause this effect to stack up to 4 times.
lunge
Get at level one leave after that because it doesn't do much damage mainly for kiting and chasing heroes.
Fiora dashes forward to strike her target, dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+ ) physical damage.
Fiora can perform the dash a second time within 4 seconds at no mana cost.

Riposte
Great you can parry that gangplank gun(Citation needed)great passive which help your life steal right from the start.
Passive: Fiora's Attack Damage is increased by 15/20/25/30/35.
Active: Fiora parries the next basic attack within 1.5 seconds and reflects 60/110/160/210/260 (+1) magic damage back to the attacker. Works against champions, monsters, and large minions.

Burst of speed
This skill is great it's the reason why stacking attack damgae is better than speed because you can hit so fast even wiht out many attack speed items.also works great with Frozen mallet.
Fiora gains 60/75/90/105/120% additional Attack Speed for 3 seconds. Each basic attack or Lunge she lands during this time increases her Movement Speed by 7/9/11/13/15% for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
Killing a champion refreshes the cooldown on Burst of Speed. (Assists reduce the cooldown by half of the base amount.)

Blade waltz
Great ult you pretty much die if they jump your team while your fed.It was work well because of your 27% life steal you have once your doing good healing you up to full health.Make you you use when you are NOT on full health or you waste all the life steal you get.

Fiora dashes around the battlefield striking random champions 5 times for 160/330/500 (+ ) physical damage. Successive strikes against the same target deal 25% damage.
The first and last attack will be against the same target. Each strike applies on-hit effects.
Cost:100 Mana

Tips on the E
-Use while Fiddlesticks has ulted
Reason: He can't hurt you while you can hurt him
-Don't use on vlad
Reason: If he uses his pool of blood skill is cancels you're ult. :(
-1v1 Foria
Reason: use youre ult second so you get life steal then use your skill's you kill.useless the on 600 health then ult so she can't ult you to get health back.
