Fizz the Tidal Trickster

Fizz is a very unique champion. He can tank, go ability power, and be a damage per second. I prefer fizz ability power. That's what i'm going to show you how to do now. You will be able to kill enemy's in seconds with this build, but with the AP build i wouldn't try to 1v1 opponents that you are not sure you can beat.
