Summoner Spells

Heal - Fizz is pretty weak early game, and 1v1's in mid usually don't result with you winning. Heal will allow you to surprise them with some bonus health during the fight, it's recommended to not use heal until ignite has been spent. Also heal allows you to tower-dive even more effectively.

Ignite - Pretty standard on AP Mid, allows for easy early-game kills and compliments the damage over time from your seastone trident quite nicely.

Masteries

Alacrity: This is preferable to Havoc.

Resistance and Hardiness: The armor and magic resistance will allow you to trade better, as it will reduce the damage from enemy minions and mid.

Vigor: Increases your sustain in lane
