This build I have used in game and it works for a awesome finish of kills.I have noticed that it works better if you have the Blue Buff to make killing easier with a fast cooldown for Fizz.

You might die once or twice in start of game but don't get angry, the build is for a mid-game comeback if used properly and don't rush in you'll have a great game.

With the masteries you'll need to have both Summoners Wrath and Summoners Insight. So with Summoners Wrath you can get increased Ability Power and Attack Damage by 5 while on cooldown. Also with Summoners Insight Flash is reduced my 15 seconds.
