This Build is for Jungle,
you can easiely kill blue and continue jungle if mid just pulls blue. and u can do even better when someone helps u dmg on blue so u dont need ur smite. My Runes I set for Survivability, my Masteries are for more dmg with his abilities, cause all of them ar working with Ability Power even when i play as an ad. For build i decided to go melee ad fighter with crit but u can also do the tanky thing, but u need Trinity Force in every build.

In Jungle I start with blue buff, if your teammates help u kill it fast without smite u can jump over the dragon, kill enemie red by pulling it into the bushes and start ganking.
If ur teammates just pull for u, continue with wolfes, the ghosts, kill red with smite ready again look for ganks and do the jungle until u see the possibility for gangkin.

I chose flat Armor Penetration Runes in Red, for more dmg to Jungle Monsters.
Flat Armor Runes in Yellow, for less dmg in Jungle.
Magic resistance per level glyphs in blue fore less dmg later on against Champions.
and last but not least i chose to get more hp by quint essences so i dont look like an easy target.

My Masteries are chosen like that cause fizz is a Natural Abilitypower Champion and all of his abilities work with AP and do magic dmg so i get magic penetration and ap in runes. and 9 points in deff for survivability and counterstrike for monsters.

Buy Cloth armor first
continue with boots and get them to sorcerer shoes
now buy wriggles lanturn for faster jungle.
first item of trinity force should be sheen to increasy ur mana and ap and have a good combination with ur q ability for more burst dmg.
phage should be the next item before u finish it.
afther that u can deside if u want to build full ad what i do or go tanky ad.
if u continue like me, go black gleever, inifinty edge and finish with
guardian angel for some extra live.
now u can sell wriggles lanturn and buy some bloodthirster.

For Summoner Spells i Take smite and Flash.
Smite for Jungle and flash is best for escape and chase with fizz.

One of the best and most important things by jungle with Fizz is ur Power for ganks. You reach the enemie fast and deal significant burstdamage.
The worst thing is once ur in a gang u get focused and if u have no escape skill ready, you die fast.

Try to gank a lot and try to let your mates have some kills too, u'll get fed anyways :D
