Well this build is if u wanna make Fizz lifesteal fast moving speed and large amount of attack speed. Its a very ideal build if u don't like ap Fizz just buy attack speed boots two phantom dancers two Youmuu's ghost blade. Also for your summoner spells get Flash and Ignite. And for runes get nine Greater Marks of Alacrity, five Greater Seals of Alacrity and four Greater Seals of Strength, after that get six Greater Glyph of Insight and three Greater Glyph of Alacrity, and after those your gonna wanna get two Greater Quintessence of Alacrity and one Greater Quintessence of Strength. After all guys this is my opinion you don't have to use this build but i do great in using it and after all don't forget to like this one and i can maybe make a build for Nocturne and maybe Vladimir in the meanwhile have fun on Leagues of Legends.
