It's unfinished but to go so far as to -1 on it now is harsh. Anyway, you still need role and teamfight section, since you build into tank and trinity, I assume you're passing him off as a bruiser, which is not user-friendly, to make a reader guess the content. A matchup would be nice too, and do gives some alternative build/playstyle.
Ok, so now onto the guide, I see no reason to max Q over flay, you already know how powerful flay is already, that's why you make thresh-top guide. Unless you plan on investing in early CDR to make use of a 1.5s suppression every 4 sec, I don't think you should suggest doing so.

the reason i dont like maxing his flay is because the nerf to his auto attack range, maybe it's just me though. i used to max it all of the time, however but w/e.

Why not going to max Flay for the improved auto attacks. Furthermore I guess you can use this ability more than Death Sentence in lane. Your layout til now is really niche and I like the effects on you banners and pictures but I'm not so sure whether you should fill so much space with pictures about warding. You mention different items in the cheat sheet and in the guide itself. Why not mention every single item you mention in the guide itself and some more options like Blade of the Ruined King in the cheat sheet too?
