Okay so I updated my build. So basically you go for a Philosopher Stone first for mana regen so that you can stay in lane longer and there for get more minion farm with Parley, and then with the 5Gp10 you can accumulate gold quickly, if you're not too concerned with your lane presence you can go for a Avarice Blade instead to increase your critical strike rate and harass squishy characters out of lane more often. If you go for the avarice blade instead of the Philosopher Stone you should get the Phage first over the Zeal.
