Runes

I use armor penetration marks, Fixed armor seals, Fixed magic resistance glyphs and attack dmg per lvl quintessences. In the guide are glyps of magic resistance for level it is because Fixed magic resistance glyphs are missing
you can use critic chance runes, but it not guarantees your survival in the lane, its correct that you cause more dmg but you're more exposed to enemy attacks.

Summoner Spells

Use Ignite and flash but if the player that goes with you in the lane hasn't got exaust pick it

EARLY GAME

begin with the brawler gloves and 2 hp potions or 1hp potion and 1 mana potion, you can begin with the vampiric sceepter, but you steal life but you're strikes aren't powerful and you can't dominate the lane, the same happens when you start with the boots of movility and 2hp potion and 1 mana potion, you can chase them and escape fast but you strikes aren't sufficiently to dominate the lane. then buy fast the boots of movility and the vampiric sceepter, now is a better moment to buy this items, because you strike hard to your enemies and steal their life,

MID GAME

Buy the phantom dancer, this object pontencies your Q and you're movement speed idealy to catch and gank you're enemies, next the infinity edge to more dmg and more critic chance and a bloodthirster

END GAME

Buy 2 phantom dancers more and next sell the boots and buy another bloodthister next buy some elixirs
