Welcome to my guide. This guide will be about GangPlank, The Saltwater Scourge.
In this guide i will show you my techniques and how i play GangPlank in the Game Mode Dominion.

Gangplank was born the son of the dread pirate captain Vincent the Shadow - one of the most wealthy and feared pirates in all of Blue Flame Island. One might think this would have spoiled the boy with a cushioned life of privilege, but the truth is quite the opposite. Growing up in the city of Bilgewater isn't easy; pirates are not known for their compassion, and that most certainly extends to their families. Vincent wanted his son to grow up tough and strong, so he was extremely hard on the young Gangplank. Even as a child, Gangplank was as mean as a snake and is said to have slept with his eyes open. As he grew, the young man rapidly became the most ruthless and feared pirate in all of Bilgewater, and his daddy was never more proud than on the day of his son's eighteenth birthday - when Gangplank stabbed his old man in the back and claimed the famed pirate ship, the Dead Pool, for his own.

The continent of Valoran, however, is a dangerous place for pirates; Gangplank could read the writing on the wall. The den of pirates known as Bilgewater would soon be pulled down by the undertow of Valoranian politics and the Institute of War. It was time for Bilgewater to have their own champion to represent them in the League of Legends, and who better than the fiercest pirate of them all? It is said that Gangplank has enough power and favor to claim the title of the Pirate King back home, but that he is simply biding his time and building his reputation as a champion before he returns to a life of piracy.

Yo ho, blow the man down. Or at least shoot him when his back is turned and steal all his booty.

play him smart and play him effectively and it will be as if there is not any con's at all.

Pro's
-Fantastic Farmer, Gain's extra Gold every minion killed with parrrley.
-Super Fast, Skill[Raise Morale] Gives 7%(passive)and 20%(active) extra movement speed.
-Cannon Barrage, can be placed anywhere on the map to help team mates in a fight or kill a enemy while trying to run away.
-Remove Scurvy, can stop any Crowd Control Effects and Heal you at once.
-Grog Soaked Blade (Passive),Makes basic attacks apply a poison debuff for 3 seconds that can stack up to 3 times[Each stack deals 3 + (1 x level) magic damage per second and slows the target by 7%]
-Parrrley, Gives you a distance shot to do damage and it will apply an on hit effect of his passive slowing and damaging your opponent for the next 3 seconds.

Con's
-Super Squishy, if targeted by multiple enemies most likely you will die.
-Armor, It makes you squishy and weak so dont try to fight a rammus or a malphite alone.
-Targeted, Everyone always Targets him because they know what he is capable of.

Grog Soaked Blade

Gangplank's basic attacks apply a poison debuff for 3 seconds that can stack up to 3 times. Each stack deals 3 + (1 x level) magic damage per second and slows the target by 7%.

Parrrley

Gangplank shoots an enemy with his pistol, dealing 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 (+1.0 per attack damage) physical damage. Gangplank gains 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8 extra gold if Parrrley deals a killing blow. This ability can critically strike and applies on-hit effects, including his passive.

Remove Scurvy

Gangplank consumes a large quantity of citrus fruit which removes any crowd control effects on him and heals him for 80 / 150 / 220 / 290 / 360 (+100% of ability power).

Raise Morale

(Passive): Permanently increases Gangplank's attack damage by 8 / 10 / 12 / 14 / 16 and his movement speed by 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 %.

(Active): Gangplank fires into the air, disabling his passive boost but inspiring himself to gain an additional 12 / 19 / 26 / 33 / 40 attack damage and 8 / 11 / 14 / 17 / 20 % movement speed, with nearby allied champions receiving half that amount for 7 seconds.

Cannon Barrage

Gangplank signals his ship to fire 25 cannonballs upon target area for 7 seconds. Each cannonball deals 75 / 120 / 165 (+20% of ability power) magic damage to all enemies hit. Enemies caught in the area of this ability are slowed by 25% for 1.25 seconds, with the duration refreshing if one stays in the area.

I would recommend Flash and Heal/Ghost/Exhaust try to keep ghost or flash on it will help you escape from sticky situations.
Exhaust
Exhausts target champion, reducing their Movement Speed by 40%, attack damage dealt by 70%, and ability and item damage dealt by 35% for 2.5 seconds. 210 second cooldown.

Flash
Teleports your champion toward your cursor's location. 265 second cooldown.

Heal
Restores 145-570 Health (depending on champion level) to your champion and 50% of that to nearby allies. 270 second cooldown.

Ghost
Your champion ignores unit collision and has 27% increased Movement Speed for 10 seconds. 210 second cooldown.

Remember this is for playing Dominion.

When you spawn you will want to buy your "Berserker's Greaves" and "Dagger". Now that you have done that put 2 points into "Raise morale" and 1 into "Parrrley" and wait for the game to begin.

When the the game Starts Run to "The Refinery"(aka. mid) once u have captured The Refinery run to the Movement boost and go straight to "The Windmill"(aka. Top). You should get a few kills capturing the top if you just sit back and parrley and run in for a kill when the enemies about half hp.

Now you should have enough to get your "Zeal" and a another "Dagger". I recommend to just defend these 2 towers because all you need is 3 towers the entire game and you win, don't be stupid and push u will be ganked and will die unless your fed.

Once the 2 towers are captured just hang around them in the bushes and wait for your enemies. when they show up rush them with your team mate or team mates (1 or 2 should be with you defending). Just keep defending and getting kills until you have a "phantom Dancer" and "black Cleaver" and you will be so Fed you can kill anyone on the map.once u got about 5-10 kills and are good and fed the u can start running around capturing other towers while the enemies are of focusing on other people. By the time u get 15-25 kills the game will be over and you will have a win.
