Why i put dancers last when i have 6 items already?

Because if u doin good and get nice feed u can sell boots and buy dancer ull still have 422 movement speed something like that.

Early game u will have some nice armor pen.On champs that have low armor at begin like ashe u will do true dmg cause so much armor pen,but still if u crit it'll be devastating.Early game try to kill creeps with auto dont waste mana on q,even it give some gold.Q use only on creeps that out of your attack range.If u have blue it's ok to spam q.

Gangplank have awsome ulti.U can get assist or even kill anywhere on map just u need to follow what going on.Try to help ur teammates to kill or escape,cause it dont have big cd.If u doin good u can buy sword of the occult.With ulti u can get lots of stack and lots of damage!

It have on hit efect so item like sheen and vampiric septer are very good!It helpfoul.Try go at jungle if u can take blue or red,its very helpfoul!Dont harras enemy with q if u dont have blue,if u have just shoot 'em!

Dont waste q on tanky champ like : Shen,Leona,Pantheon,Nocturno and Sivir (they can just block it) and etc.

I take this runes build cause it have some nice armor pen and as i said at champs like ashe u will probably do true dmg,and with some crit they go down in second!
