Hello, this is the build I always use when I play Twisted Treeline. My last 6 games with him I went 12-1 21-6 21-7 9-1 9-2 13-2. It seems to work very well giving him survivability and damage. HP isn't really important as stacking magic resistance/defense because hp without getting defense/magic resistance is practically useless. After the Suncape I either get Thornmail if the other team has more AD players or Force of Nature if the other team has more AP players, this gives me survivability. Then I end with a phantom dancer and last infinity giving me the damage.

Summoner Spells:

Flash ( to chase or run away)
Exhaust

Early Game:
Start with Boots of Speed and 3x Health Pots and get Judgement as a first skill. Try to get a gank if your teammates don't have squishy champions. If you are not ganking you should be at top hiding in the bush closer to the enemy. When the enemy engages and attacks a minion pop a Judgement at him, make sure your judgement does full damage. By doing this you easily have lane control, focus on last hitting creeps and popping a judgement on the enemy. I would also try to gank if you see that the enemy players at bottom are to pushed or at mid or low hp.
