I don't play Garen too much, but this is the build i have found that i benefit from the most. As many know Garen's Judgment can crit, so with this build your judgment would be capable of dishing out considerable amounts of damage. Garen is one of those champs that gets picked almost every game, and i am just trying to help people better their game. If you have any feedback regarding this build let me know, because i to wish to get better.. thank you.
