always get decisive strike or judgement for good damage at level 1 . since this is a tanky DPS build make sure u also get exhaust slowing them down and increase sun fire cape damage and also when you get frozen mallet it slow them down making sun fire cape kick in and killing them slowly making garen tanky/dps. have decisive strike used first while attacking an enemy so they are silenced while you use judgement making them be able to do nothing but run and that's why exhaust is their so they cant get away and then EASY KILL. always try to lane with mages since your silence is very effective lasting 2.5 seconds and garen has ARMOR pen so Mages should be easy.

Since garen isnt a full tank he gets alot of kills (my score last game was 32-0-2) because of his frozen mallet/sunfire cape combo and Garen isnt easy to ks since his decisive strike refreshes atk cool down and he is the ultimate kser.

Those are when they have many champs in AP is when u switch warmogs for FoN and if they have alot of AD which is when u switch warmogs for thornmail

Garens ULTIMATE IS MOST likely THE BEST ULTIMATE IN THE GAME FOR 1 VS 1 only use when 1/4 in lvl 6 and lvl 11 u can 1/3 and when lvl 16 u can ult and kill near half hp bsure to calculate their hp and divide per 3 for missing damage

GARENS JUDGE MENT IS AWESOME CROWD CONTROL AND PERFECT FOR FARMING IT CAN CLEARLY A BUNCH OF MINIONS WITH ONE CAST OF JUDGEMENT
