go for Golems to get the buff than go Red.
After you got red go to the crab and kill him to get rage up and heal yourself with your W. burrow.
go to the 2. crab to get regeneration again.
than clear your blue and kill the frog to gain his buff.
you can go counter jungle now or gank a lane. (or go back if you dont feel save)
but dont gank from the normal ways like river.

-no mana use
-has a knock up
-its a fkn shark
-the enemy fears the Scream

-some problems early in the jungle
