Thanks for the feedback, You're right i completely forgot about tri force and the brutaliser items. I don't usually get tri force just because it's so expensive so I've added a new build list for things you should get when fed. I've also swapped the hexdrinker for brutaliser and changed to ARPEN marks. I still think tht the Maw and frozen mallets are good items, the frozen mallet i think works great with hyper ( I understand where you are coming from though, it is a bit expensive for what you get ) and the maw I reckon is quite a good laning item for poking while not being too expensive.

I think there is a main issue regarding your items because you exlude Trinity Force from your list. Hexdrinker is a rather situational item when playing against AP in lane and it isn't effective to upgrade it that early on into MoM. Frozen Mallet is a kinda disappointing item in my opinion because it build path and cost value aren't great at the moment. Items built up from The Brutalizer are also worth mentioning.

Offense stats in Marks are standard and worthwhile so put AD or ArPen Marks in there. Health/ armor Seals and MR Glyphs are the best choices by far.
