This build is based primarily around speed and critical damage. As you can see, this build is very costly, which is why I don't recommend beginners to use it. A good GP user can complete this build within 20 mins, if you are not a skilled GP user, this build can take up to a full game to complete. However, once this build is complete, Gangplank brgins to attack and move at a very high-pace, in addition to having tons of critical damage to kill enemies in the blink of an eye. Dorian's shield should be bought first because GP doesn't start off with very much health, and it also provides some armor. After that, you go for the Ionian Boots of Lucidity to increase speed and reduce cooldown periods. Then, the fun part begins. Once phantom dancers are bought, you will begin to move extremely fast and have a 60% chance of critical. With all this power and speed, you WILL get the urge to chase enemies, which leads to possible enemy ganking. That's why you go for Sunfire cape to provide a good amount of armor and health, in addition to a little magic damage. Finally, cap off your critical with a cloak of agility so that you kill your opponents even faster and they REALLY start to hate you.

I know all of you are thinking "who the **** uses heal". this build isn't based very much on health, which makes heal highly effective with this build, especally in late game.

GP has a high attack power and this build is based largely around critical and speed, which makes surge the perfect second choice.
