It�´s a great build, just make sure your drunken rage is up all the time.
That means you need the whole CDR = 40% ( i think :P )!
Your drunken rage should be on 18 seconds then!
You have to do your item order for yourself, cause always different enemys.
For heavy Mele dmg go for Thornmail instead of Banshess or else.
For heavy Magic dmg take force of nature instead of sunfire and take a warmogs instead of banshess veil.

You can also chose Smite instead of cleanse, cause you are able to do the Golem with level 1 if you chose the HP/AD potion! Just try it it works great =) after it you can do the Lizard one tooo and after all creeps in jungle you should be able to buy boots, and then join a lane to gank! =) its awesome killing enemy with that buffs and potion with 3 hits :D ENJOY!
