I might do a lane guide as well in a second tab. I don't care for laning as fiddle but the only thing that can beat me mid Cassiopia is a good fiddle lol. I might give it a go.

to add my tiny comment, since a patch (i don't know which one) the heal debuff only affects the next summoner spell not used by the caster, so your drain won't be affected by it, but yes its not great to have heal on fiddle. A really nice guide for jungling (i don't jungle with him) but beside the smite the build looks similar to a lane build so thanks for this nicely done build :)

So, i've read your guide, and i'm pretty suprised. It's nice, especially that u don't play ranked solo queue, BUT in runes an skills section, pictures are too small, in pros u see wrong sentension, fiddle's ultimate is sooo much worse than amumu's (that's why he's always being banned ^^), jungle route needs some pictures (wolfs' camp, golems' camp, everything in right place), morello's evil tom is good item, but it's weak on late game, u don't need CDR, since u will use your ultimate once per TeamFight and i've never seen a game with TF every 2 minutes. Kage's lucky pit is good, but u realy dont need health potion, even if u have blue run, i suggest u to buy mana pot (every buff can end in wrong time). In cons, i would put "you can win 2vs1, u cant escape 2vs1 and u will die 2vs1" or something like that, anyway, guide is nice but need some work (i love art or fiddle&ryze and image of warding is done great <3).

Also, item selection is wrong, I mean, void staf+50 magic reduction is eeym...waste.
Plus, u should make "optionary summoner spells", i know what flash does and why is it good on fiddle, but why not put in to him fortify or heal? Kind of stupid question but i saw about 3 times FIDDLE WITH HEAL FTW.

Well lets see. Fiddles ult is awesome. I know that ammumu gets banned but it was a nice example. Flash is imo the only legit spell for fiddle. First if you use heal you suck. Its for new people who are new thats fine, if you use heal in ranked thats really sad(unless support) Heal on fiddle is terrible considering your draining, so the heal would nerf the drain for 50%

Pros/Cons

You seemed to be struggling with cons for some reason for which Fiddlesticks I can assure you has many. To abruptly mention some to help you out..
    -Very Squishy
-Very vulnerable to interruptions due to being casting dependent via
Bountiful Harvest and Crowstorm
- Ignite counters his Bountiful Harvest rather effectively.
-Smart warding can deny Crowstorming opportunities
-Very slow at clearing the jungle at later stages in comparison to top junglers such as: Lee Sin, Udyr etc
-Your passive A Harmless Scarecrow can tip of the opposition.

I'd also consider removing "Great jungler" from the pros list since the new jungle hit him rather hard although I guess he still remains a good pub/noob-stomper.

Runes

For variations you could include flat AP Seals and AP level-scaling Seals. You could also possibly include movement speed quints as an option in order to get into Fear range, escape when needed etc. I myself don't use movement quints but it in theory it sounds like an interesting concept for Fiddlesticks.

Masteries

Why bother taking two points in Greed over Transmutation for extra spell-vamp which earlier you seemed to value a lot in the description given of Will of the Ancients. I'm kind a baffled why not instead go down in the offense tree to pick up both Blast and two points in Archmage for increased AP scaling while being able to attain the richest of the utility tree for a AP jungler such as: Runic Affinity , Swiftness and Transmutation .

Items

Don't really see why you wish to obtain Will of the Ancients so early since your likely to have any team-fights at that stage, also in some certain circumstances it becomes rather obsolete for example when you have a bruiser such as Garen top and a hybrid like Katarina mid then the benefits of Will of the Ancients become near to nothing and you may as well get a Zhonya's Hourglass instead for personal defense. As such I think you really exaggerate the qualities of Will of the Ancients and under-value these of Zhonya's Hourglass.

When you land a great Crowstorm among the enemy team only fools and less experienced will run around in panic like headless chickens while these more knowledgeable and organized will turn around to stun, ignite and focus you down obliterating you within a second. Zhonya's Hourglass on-use effect allows you to counter that and absorb some of the earlier burst to guarantee your survival for a short period of time, the extra armor helps as well and it gives a nice chunk of AP. Its why you'd often see a Morgana build hourglass as when she ults people without a flash available are more likely to attempt to burst her down then walk away hopelessly.

You should probably include Mercury's Treads in your boots section since if the enemy team has heavy CC at their disposal you can count on it that they will be using a good portion of that to interrupt your Bountiful Harvest or to burst you down in a stun such as Dazzle.

Jungle Route

Should probably include the option of doing Red after Golems in order to do a level 4 Gank if said person wishes to do so when the situation calls for it.

Wow thank you that was very well put. I am not a high ranked player im still waiting for some friends to get level 30(i refuse to solo que ranked >.>) yes you are correct on the cons. The jungle is now faceroll post nerf and many can jungle and jungling past mid-game is somewhat pointless unless you are grabbing a buff etc. I was going to update the rune segment later on. Like i said its what you like to use. My opinion on the Offense tree is the talents are rather lackluster and CDR and certain regen stats are more beneficial in my view. Don't get me wrong I do find going all the way down in the Offense tree is good but i dont think so well on jungle fiddle. I may try it out and compare the two or i may actually just make a second tab with that build.

I don't like to be gold starved ever and i do actually change from greed alot to other things because 1g per 10 secs seems lackluster but it helps with wards in such. I never play fiddle unless im grouped with 4 other people i know and we're all in skype. Timing fiddles ult with someone elses which disables is usually how i ult in and never have a problem.

Thank you for the advice and i will be changing the ruens up a little bit and the cons.
