A pretty good start to your guide. If I were to recommend three things that you could change to significantly improve your guide, I'd say that it would be the following:

• Really defend you item choices. I want to SELL to me that this itemization is better than the meta Twisted Fate builds. I'm not quite sold yet.
• Go further in depth in your team fight section. There's a science of positioning yourself in such a way that you can safely autoattack without getting flanked. Try including pictures of some of your Twisted Fate positioning in team fights, and quizzing your readers, asking questions like, "is this a good position for Twisted Fate to be in for this team fight?" Y/N? (Explain why)
• Go into further depth in your laning phase - not just on the matchup to matchup basis, but really reading your opponents playstyle, and positioning yourself in a way that you can minimize the amount of damage you take while still poking down your opponent. I'd like this section to be REALLY in depth.

Guide Structure and uniformity

• There are no explanations on summoner spell choices / alternatives, runes and masteries in the guide itself
• You can't purchase four Health Potions alongside Crystalline Flask if you don't run Wealth as a mastery!
• Mentioning an upgraded Trinket, Elixirs and Boot Enchantments (in the cheat sheet) is recommendable
• You cut off the table of contents by putting all your content into one chapter. However, a table of contents helps the reader to access certain parts of the guide without scrolling and overall creates structure. If you don't like the standard table of contents I suggest you to read this.
• There should definitely be chapters about 'Pros and Cons' and 'Abilities' and they should be put right before the chapter about items

Readability and visualization

• Your language is okay; the guide is relatively short for now but there are no serious flaws
• Small coding error: [[Archangel's staff]
• "Melee, low early wave-clear, low damage champions (...) ." - make this and the other one a sentence, please
• Bad Mathups -> Bad Matchups
• Concerning the layout: Try to make more use of 'text-interrupting-elements' such as more coded parts, screenshots a.s.o.; especially in the last chapter
• I recommend you to consider using columns, they're pretty neat

Viability of provided information

• Let's discuss the major idea of the guide: purchasing Tear of the Goddess early on and stacking it. I'd say that there are other, effective ways of being a poke-oriented Twisted Fate. If you compare Twisted Fate's ability to receive stacks to Cassiopeia's ability for instance consider the maximum amount of possible ability usages in a certain amount of time. As Twisted Fate cannot use his E as an ability to increase the amount of gained stacks he's at a disadvantage. Furthermore, Twisted Fate can excel early on in the game by ganking other lanes with Destiny and building cost effective AP items such as Morellonomicon early on grant you more of an advantage. I'd say that your general attempt on the build is great yet I cannot approve of Tear of the Goddess being decent enough without evidence.
• As already mentioned it's helpful to explain every single ability in particular. Explain the abilities' values and usages.
• When being a rather poke-oriented AP Carry there a specific team compositions you fit in pretty well, talk about this!
• Utility masteries? I think they are at least a viable alternative

That's probably a lot of stuff I'm mentioning here but it's mostly about expanding your guide's content a little bit more. I don't want to bash the idea of purchasing Tear of the Goddess but I tried to elaborate some issues occuring when it comes to this item and Twisted Fate compared to other champions (abilities, power-spikes, playstyle).
