Improving Hecarim's speed will help for ganks and joining team fights fast with Devastating Charge.The reason I buy Abillity Power is that when you use
Spirit of Dread you regen you life so fast you can't even notice. Using Onslaught of Shadows will do toons of massive damage. Bloodthirster is for close combat and in case you don't have Mana to regen your Health Points.Thanks to jhoijhoi for the line dividers/separators
