I'm not going too tanky with this build but the mana and Singed's passive adds a lot of health. Boots aren't a huge deal, I go with cooldown reduction for the ult and fling, but Boots of Swiftness is also great for running in front of the enemy to slow with poison and Rylai's. I went Will of the Ancients for the spell vamp and the cap deathcap for my main ap item. Frozen heart is also good against dps builds.

When I am low on health, I try and Utilize that to bait an enemy, usually melee, and have them think they can kill, pop ult or ghost for speed, not both. Have them chase you, then when fling is up, turn around, hit fling quick, and run the other way. This is hilarious when it works just keep doing that. Use the same idea in team fights.
