Biggest comment, you have 6 points in Fling and only 2 in your ult. You should probably fix that.
Also, for some reason it doesn't show your boots increase in movement speed. Also, straight health runes are kind of pointless on Singed, why not get Mana runes that way you get a health+mana bonus utilizing his passive?
Yeah, um, like i said ^ The runes and masteries are for your personal preference, I should change it to quints of swiftness and mana runes. and thanks ill fix that
But yeah, the main focus of the build are the items, which i actually just updated. I took out tear and added force of nature for the health regen and speed.
