Vayne is nice Attack Damage Carry but if you play on top you can easly win lane she's good for pushing, creeping and if you have very tanky champion againts you, this isn't problem.
This item is better choice for vayne cuz she need much Attack Speed so blade of the ruined king can help you a lot.
UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks deal 5% of the target's current Health in bonus physical damage (max 60 vs. monsters and minions) on hit.
UNIQUE Active: Deals 15% of target champion's maximum Health (min. 100) as physical damage, heals for the same amount, and steals 30% of the target's Movement Speed for 3 seconds (90 second cooldown).
Phantom dancer is too item on attack speed but too on critical strike chance.
UNIQUE Passive: Champion can move through units.
UNIQUE Passive - Cold Steel: When hit by basic attacks, reduces the attacker's Attack Speed by 15% and Movement Speed by 10% for 1 seconds.
UNIQUE Active: Slows the Movement Speed of nearby enemy units by 35% for 2 seconds (+1 second per 200 Armor and +1 second per 200 Magic Resist) (60 second cooldown).
UNIQUE Passive: Grants a spell shield that blocks the next enemy ability. This shield refreshes after no damage is taken from enemy champions for 25 seconds.
UNIQUE Passive: Grants 45 Health Regen per 5 for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion or when the spell shield breaks.
Runes are focused to Attack Damage, Armor, Magic Resist and Life Steal. So Attack Damage help you with some damage in early game, megic resist help you when you play againts Teemo or Rumble, armor runes are good againts Yasou, Tryndamere or Gangplank... beacause when you have armor they can't do nothing.

Your masteries focus to offense. 21 points in offense (Attack speed, Attack damage, More damage to minion and Armor penetration), 9 points in defense (Reduction of damage from basic attack, Health regen, Armor and some Health)
Rolls a short distance. The next basic attack within 6 seconds deals 30/35/40/45/50% Attack Damage bonus physical damage, equal to 30/35/40/45/50% of total Attack Damage. With this spell you can jump ower the wall.
silver boltEvery third consecutive attack or ability against an enemy deals an additional 20/30/40/50/60 plus 4/5/6/7/8% of the enemy's maximum Health as true damage.
(Max: 200 damage vs. Monsters) Like first max. this spell beacous he'll help you a lot againts tanky champions.
Fires a bolt that knocks back target enemy and deals 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. Enemies that collide with terrain take 45/80/115/150/185 (+50% bonus Attack Damage) additional physical damage and are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
Gains 25/40/55 Bonus Attack Damage for 8/10/12 seconds. While active, Tumble grants invisibility for 1 second, and Night Hunter's bonus Movement Speed is increased to 90.
