Swain Guide

First of all, my english is not the best, thats why i switch to german in 3..2..1 jetzt ! =)

Da ich bemerkt habe das fast keiner Swain spielt, seis in Random oder in Ranked-Games gibt es dem entsprechend wenig Guides die etwas taugen.
Es gibt zwar Builds ala rush und sirbt, vielversprechend sind diese wohl kaum.

Ich zeige euch eine Moeglichkeit wie man Swain skillen kann, die gegen fast jede Art von Gegnergruppen wirkt dank Torment =). Das Build ist nicht allzulange gehalten, aber alles andere sollte wohl klar sein und wenn nicht ...


Early:
Auf Abstand bleiben wenn ihr Top oder Bottom spielt versucht die Gegner einzufangen damit euer Teammate alles andere erledigen kann, wenn ihr Mid spielt bleibt auf Abstandt.

Mid-Games:
Wenn ihr lvl 6 erreicht habt kanns endlich losgehen mit der Schnitzeljagd.
Gegner festhalten -> Torment drauf ( E-Skill ) -> Q-Skill -> Ulti -> zusehen wie der Gegner stirbt, ggf mit Ulti hinterherrennen falls einer fliehen will ;)

End-Game:
Genau das gleiche wie im Mid-Game nur das ihr einzelne Gegner Problemlos vertilgen koennt.



Schaut immer auf eure HP/Def, vernachlaessigt ihr diese seid ihr zum focus verurteilt, eine gute balance verwirrt die Gegner ...


"KILL BUTTONS" ORDER = W,E,Q,R --> D,F --> W,E,Q,R --> Legendary


Gefaehrliche Gegner mit Stun :

STUN , wenn ihr gestunt werdet und 2-3 Spieler rennen auf euch zu seid ihr tot, daher wenn ihr schon eine Vorahnung habt das ein Stun auf euch zukommt schoen ULTIMATE anschmeissen dann habt ihr gute Chancen zu entkommen ( gegen mehrere Gegner ). Bei einem Einzelnem kann man zurueckkommen und ... *,.,*


Etwas wichtiges was ich loswerden will:
Fallt nicht auf ausgeschnittene " nach dem Spiel " Stats rein die meist 44/0/20 aufweisen und zu 99% in freien Spielen gegen Bots gemacht worden sind, haltet Abstandt von solchen Builds.

Hier wies aussehen sollte. ( Geflohen = Never play on patchday )

Calculations for Magic Penetration

Magic penetration and magic resistance reduction are applied in the following order:

1. Flat Magic Resistance Reduction
2. Percentage Magic Resistance Reduction
3. Flat Magic Penetration
4. Percentage Magic Penetration
5.Negative Resistance
Examples

1.Flat Magic Resistance Reduction

* The target's Magic Resistance is reduced by a certain amount.
o If the target has 30 magic resist and you have 20 magic resistance reduction, the target will take damage as if it had only 10 magic resistance.
o 30 - 20 == 10
* Flat Magic-Resistance Reduction can reduce a target's resistance below zero.
o The target will take additional bonus magic damage with negative resistance.


2.Percentage Magic Resistance Reduction

* The target's Magic Resistance is reduced by a percentage.
o If the target has 30 magic resist and you have 20% magic resistance reduction, the target will take damage as if it had only 24 magic resist.
o 30 * (1.0 - 0.2) == 30 * 0.8 == 24
* Percentage Magic-Resistance Reduction can reduce a target's resistance below zero, if stacked to pass 100%, though there are no current ways to achieve this stat.

3.Flat Magic Penetration
* The target's magic resistance is reduced by the amount of magic penetration.
o If the target has 30 magic resist and you have 10 magic pen, the target will take damage as if it had only 20 magic resist.
o 30 - 10 == 20
* Flat magic penetration cannot reduce a target's resistance below zero.

4.Percentage Magic Penetration
* The target's magic resistance is reduced by a percentage.
o If the target has 30 magic resist and you have 20% magic pentration, the target will take damage as if it had only 24 magic resist.
o 30 * (1.0 - 0.2) == 30 * 0.8 == 24
* Percentage magic penetration has a bigger impact on targets with higher resistance.
o For 40% penetration, a target with 200 magic resist will lose 80.
o For 40% penetration, a target with 40 magic will lose 16.
* Pecentage magic penetration cannot reduce a target's resistance below zero.
* Multiple sources of percentage magic penetration stack multiplicatively.
o If you have an item with 40% magic penetration and a mastery with 15% magic penetration, you have 49% magic penetration.
+ (1.0 - 0.4) * (1.0 - 0.15) == 0.6 * 0.85 == 0.51 == 51% of original resist == 49% penetration

5.Negative Resistance
If a target has negative magic resistance, the amount of bonus damage is equal to the amount of damage reduction caused by that positive amount of magic resist. This sounds confusing and is better illustrated with an example.

* If a target has 10 magic resistance, they take take 9.1% reduced damage (formula from Magic Resistance).
o Therefore a target with -10 magic resistance would take 9.1% bonus damage.
o So if you cast a spell that does 100 magic damage on the target, it would take 109.1 damage instead.
* If a target has 20 magic resistance, they would take 16.7% reduced damage.
o Therefore a target with -20 magic resistance would take 16.7% bonus damage.
o So if you cast a spell that does 250 magic damage on the target, it would take 291.7 damage instead.



Examples

You have 20 magic resist reduction, 29 flat magic penetration, and 15% magic penetration.

* Target A has 80 magic resist.
o The 80 is reduced to 60 by your 20 magic resist reduction.
o The 60 is reduced to 31 by your 29 magic resist penetration.
o The 31 is reduced to 26.35 by your 15% magic penetration.
+ 31 * (1.0 - 0.15) == 31 * 0.85 == 26.35
o Target A takes damage as if it has 26.35 magic resist.
* Target B has 15 magic resist.
o The 15 is reduced to -5 by your 20 magic resist reduction.
o The -5 is not reduced by your 29 magic resist penetration (cannot penetrate below 0).
o The -5 is not reduced by your 15% magic penetration (cannot penetration below 0).
o Target B takes damage as if it has -5 magic resist.
