yes, i do this often if i feel like im never really going to be hitting the enemy turret. going no w is a lot better for just looking to pressure harder in lane because it gives a LOT more dmg. if you're going qeqeq, i still recommend getting a point in r when you can though, because you will be switching to melee stance often and the dmg/resistances that you get from leveling r will help more than leveling another point in e.

heartbeat have you tried the QEQE max? Not getting a single point into any other spell until both Q and E are maxed and then maxing w then ult?
