Introduction

As a relatively new Hecarim player, I realize that my opinions may not be perfectly set to give other players advice. However, I will do my best.
Hecarim is a very high-impact, high mobility fighter that is equally good top lane or jungling. His incredible movement and heavy damage make him an exceptional ganker and a very powerful enemy in lane. He uses his quick and rapid strikes to cleanly eviscerate his opponents with his "Rampage" and his "Devastating Charge", while his "Spirit of Dread" gives him sustain either in jungle or during a fight. His ultimate, "Onslaught of Shadows" is a ridiculously powerful cc and disruptor in large team fights, or in a gank against one person.
He is countered by several different champions and play-styles. Champions like Olaf, Yorick, Darius, and Fizz. The epic bursting and massive amounts of healing reduction will negate Hecarim's strong points, "Spirit of Dread" and will cause his strong ganking to fail because he can't survive the rapid and powerful burst.
