On the Edit section of your guide, on the right side of your screen you will see a tiny chart where you can detail your guide characteristics (Guide for top or for mid, tags etc). You will see a checkbox named ("C2V" Force comments).

Basically you need to check that box so you force the first 20 voters to comment before voting.

Why is this necessary? Imagine I have a Hecarim guide and I want it to be top guide. To get rid of competition I decide to downvote all other Hecarim guides, just so mine goes to the top.
Now if you checked comment 2 vote, you'll force me to justify that vote and if people notice it was just a troll vote from me they will countervote it by giving you a +1 vote. That's just an example.

It also forces people to give you feedback so it's always nice to have it checked.

I appreciate the feedback. I will definitely look to add those chapters in the near future to make the guide more complete. I'm not familiar with C2v though, could you explain what that is?

You did veeeeery well, and I was about to give you my highest path... But I think you need to do something extra in your guide in order to get that one :P
Now you just put stuff in that also would be nice to have, such as:
* Jungling/warding maps
* Get banners
* Counterjungling
* Other things :D

If you do that, you can get very far.

Don't play a lot of Hecarim, like this guide overall for it's cleanness and formatting. I'll give it a +1, don't know what the others will say yet, but I presume it'll be along the same lines.
